WARRANTY





NO CASH REFUND

All items claimed for warranty must be accompanied with a proof of purchase (warranty receipt / sales invoice, etc.). Without any proof of purchase, NO WARRANTY RECEIPT / NO EXCHANGE of items.


- NO WARRANTY if the following is/are found in the items:
Product has been mishandled, abused, modified or altered, neglected, improperly integrated, void warranty sticker, physical damage/ breakage. (Burnt, dent, cracked).
All items have an ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT (Outright Replacement). Change item for USED and BRAND NEW can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase (excluding Sundays). If a sudden PRICE DROP occurred within the 7-day period, PRICE of the item purchased will be based on the CURRENT MARKET PRICE.
If a PRICE INCREASE occurred, computation will be based on the ACTUAL AMOUNT PURCHASED.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items covered by warranty but lapsed the ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT period will be PULLED-OUT and sent back to the supplier/ manufacturer for warranty claims. Warranty by supplier will inform the customer about the status of If the defective items under the ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT period have NO STOCK, customers can upgrade provided that they will pay for the upgraded amount and the warranty period will be that of the first transaction.
